Natural and holistic products are quickly becoming some of my favourites in my skincare stash, I think using beautifully crafted products rather than mass produced items really benefit the skin.
The brand Maple Holistics recently asked if I would like to try some of their products and I just couldn't resist as I'm always looking for new natural, holistic or organic products. I've a range to show you over the next few posts but today I thought I'd talk about the Vitamin C facial serum.
I am obviously not aging however, it's said that in your 20's you should start taking control of your skin more to create a good base for when you do start aging later in life. I think this serum is a great alternative for thick serums. This light liquid applies quickly and doesn't need much massaging.
It is the perfect daytime serum as well as I find some oils/serums can be so intense that they are better for nighttime use in order to sink in. I really like using this in the morning under my usual moisturiser and I can tell my skin drinks it up and creates a bright base.
I've not seen huge improvements yet but in conjunction with my other moisturisers it is the great addition to my skincare as previously I was only using a night serum and my skin dried up throughout the day. Now that doesn't happen nowhere near as much.
Unfortunately, they do not ship to the UK as of yet but I reckon they will do so soon, most brands eventually do. But if you live in the US then this is a real steal at only $11.77 for this serum!
