BARBOUR BARLETT BOOTS

Autumn is my favourite season of the year and I really enjoy the layering up and autumn fashion that comes into the stores.  Not only does autumn mean wrapping up warm in layers but its the time of year to bring out the boots! I practically live in boots most of the year and I own a silly amount of shoes. These Barbour Barlett* boots are new to my collection and they're perfect for any outdoorsy girls!

The Barbour ankle boots are made of leather and suede, the main section of the boot is the leather part which makes them even more durable especially in autumn with the damp conditions, leafy paths and cold days. The inside of these boots are lined with poly fleece which makes them so so comfy to wear and keep your feet super warm!

The short boot adds a nice touch to various outfits and I think its a great way to add a country look especially when in the city like I am.  Inside the boot on the bottom of the foot is a small padded area for the middle of your foot which ensures a good posture and positioning of your foot, which I think is great for someone like me who loses posture quickly and also ensures long lasting boots!

My only negative to these boots is that Barbour sizing is a tiny bit bigger than normal sizes, so even though these are a size 3 (yes, my normal foot size is that big) they are just a touch bigger. However being Barbour I can imagine if you're wearing their items its generally catered for countryside reasons and therefore you would be layering up with thicker socks, heavy trousers etc. These are great for any city go-er who wants a comfy ankle boot or a outdoorsy person looking to look fashionable on winter walks.

I teamed my boots with slim jeans from Mango and my Mango mac coat, which is one of my favourite buys of this year! It goes with everything!

You can buy your Barlett boots through Cloggs.co.uk, these boots were £119 and are in Dark Tan. You can check out the whole Barbour range here. [LINK]

I was sent these boots as a PR sample but all opinions are my own.
